    Hi Anna,

I am in with a one month subscription and need to know how to access the tutorials, I have watched all the free hints and paintings but when I click on something on the tutorials that I want to paint, it won’t come up. What is the process in steps to access the tutorial courses once I am welcomed (which I was) as a new member.

Dear Anna, I thank you for your video tips, and also tried to enrol in your online school, but your bank will not accept my VISA Gift card! I cannot use my debit card to pay either. Can you please get your bank to vary their formatting?

Hi, you will be able to use your debit card but as it’s an overseas payment, you’ll need to get authorisation from your bank before making payment. If you need any further help with this, please email [email protected].
