Paint a sunflower for Ukraine
The world's thoughts, hearts and minds are with the brave people of Ukraine right now.
It's hard when you feel like you want to help but don't know what you can do. One way we can help is to send money through official fundraising organisations such as Choose Love.
Witnessing these upsetting scenes in the news can be hard for us to process. One way to nurture our own mental health through hard times is to paint. An outlet like this can be a huge stress relief.
A beautiful way you can express your support for Ukrainian citizens whilst dealing with your feelings about this crisis is to paint Ukraine's national flower, the sunflower.
